In short: Scribble Ball does not collect any personal data. Nothing you do in the game is sent to us or to anyone else.

Scribble Ball is published by Digital Avenue AB, Sweden. You can reach us at support@digitalavenue.se.
What the game does not do
- No account or sign-in
- No analytics, tracking or advertising
- No third-party code that collects data
- No internet connection is used while you play
What is stored on your device
To remember your progress, Scribble Ball saves a small file on your own iPhone or iPad with the stars you have earned and your best result in each level, the last level you played, the days you solved the daily puzzle (for your streak), which piece demos you have already seen, and your sound, music and motion settings. This information never leaves your device through Scribble Ball, and we cannot see it.
The daily puzzle is picked from the date on your device. No connection to us is needed for that.
If you use iCloud Backup or back up to a computer, iOS may include this file in your device backup. That backup is handled by Apple or by you, under Apple's privacy policy, not by us.
Deleting your data
Use Reset progress in the game's settings, or delete the app. Deleting the app removes everything Scribble Ball has stored.
Purchases
The first sketchbook is free. The rest of the game is a one-time In-App Purchase through the App Store. Apple handles the payment and tells the game only whether you own the full game. Apple does not share your payment details with us.
Children
Because Scribble Ball collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children either.
Contacting us
If you email us, we use your address and message only to answer you, and we delete them when they are no longer needed. You have the right under the GDPR to ask what we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Changes
If a future version of Scribble Ball handles data differently, for example to add Game Center leaderboards or iCloud sync, we will update this policy before that version is released and change the date at the top.
